What is your cancellation policy?
We seek your kind understanding in adhering to our cancellation policy. Should you be unable to make it for your appointment, please reschedule ahead of time.
For cancellations or reschedule requests:
- More than 24 hours ahead of your appointment, no fee will be charged
- Within 24 hours of your appointment, 50% of your fee will be charged
- Certified medical reasons and unforeseen circumstances, fees will be waived.
